Handling and Shipping Times

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized orders will be processed and shipped within five (5) days after our receipt. Your order should arrive within five (5) days after being shipped. Therefore, on average, you can expect to receive your non-personalized items within 10 days after you submit your order for processing.

Personalized Items

Personalized orders will be processed and shipped within five days (5) after we receive approval of your customizations. Our goal is to send mockups for your approval within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your order should arrive within five (5) days after being shipped. Therefore, if you are able to give your approval of the mockup within 48 hours of your receipt, then you can expect to receive your item within 12-14 days after you submit your order for processing.
