What is your return policy?
The Believe-Rest-Receive!™ products are unique, customizable, and are only produced after an order is received. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color, or if you simply change your mind.
For some reason, my order was returned to you. What happens now?
If your order is returned to us due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order.
My order was damaged in transit. What do I do?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required, and there is no need to return the damaged product.
It's been two weeks and my order should have been received by now. What now?
Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
